Ehad is simply a wonderful human being and and a superb realtor. He has the patience of a saint, and his dedication to getting his client the best possible outcome was very striking. In my experience, Ehad went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor and became a good friend, a trusted advisor and where necessary, a challenger. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful to me as I was new to the US housing market. He took my needs into account but also painted a realistic picture on what I was to expect. I consider Ehad an extremely seasoned realtor who is very knowledgable about real estate in the DMV area. Kellyann helped my wife and I (two first-time home buyers) find the right home for our family. We began working with her in February 2020, found our home in March, and closed in April.
