Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. At the final walkthrough, Chris not only helped us check the house's condition, but also explained how the final cash-to-close had been determined so we didn't have any surprises when signing. Even after closing, Chris has still been available to answer questions. We are so grateful for his help and plan to work with him again in the future!
