Market and offer setup expert

Henry told us early on that he might not be able to find exact right house for us, but if we found it ourselves, he would set us up as best as possible to win it. That's exactly what happened. We met Henry a little over a year before we ended up buying a house through him, and much of that first year was just us being unprepared and asking a lot of questions. Henry took the time to learn what we were looking for, explain anything we didn't know yet, and most importantly, understood the market shifts at the time we considered putting in offers. By the time we put in our first and only offer, we all knew that certain high quality houses were going considerably over listing. We did what we could on the bid, but Henry's last second chats with the listing agent and negotiation skills clutched the win for us.

AMAZING. The only agent you should be working with!

Sebastien is one of the hardest-working agents I’ve ever worked with. He handled the sale of my rental property with exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and an impeccable eye for detail. As a knowledgeable investor, I came into the process with a strong understanding of the market and realistic expectations. Even so, Sebastien delivered a higher price and better terms than I would have expected. His pricing strategy, negotiation skills, and overall execution were excellent. What stood out most was how thoroughly he vetted the buyers. It was more rigorous and thoughtful than anything I’ve seen before, and it gave me tremendous confidence throughout the process. Bought a Condo home in 2026 in Adams morgan, Washington, DC.

I reached out to Shane for assistance in finding my first property because he always had a great attitude and drive from our time as teammates and friends. He worked very hard and not only got me through the processes but he had a great way of teaching me about all the details and important items every future owner should know.
