This was a complex out-of-state sale involving a my MD property, and she made what could have been a stressful and logistically heavy process feel completely seamless from start to finish. This sale ended up being more involved than originally expected, but Shirin adapted effortlessly, stayed proactive, and kept everything moving smoothly toward a successful outcome. Most importantly, I never once had to travel back or worry about what was happening on the ground because I had complete trust in her. There was also a sweet reward in working with her again, which made this experience even more meaningful.
