In 2013. I owned a house in Chevy Chase DC that I wanted to rent . Since Kimberley was a very well recognized real estate agent with Long and Foster, I contacted her to get the house rented and when I decided to sell the house, she also managed the process easily and to my satisfaction.We moved to Florida in 2018 and when we decided to move back to DC earlier this year, we again contacted Kimberly to look for a condo for us to buy. She did it with the same dedication and professionalism she always showed and found the condo that met our expectations and she worked hard to guide us and protect our interests along the process. Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller. The fact that she left me TV sets and other items convinced me that she was ready to move as soon as possible . Sign a very contented buyer Diane Keaton ( and I'm in great health )
