In the end, he delivered to us a comprehensive two-volume compilation of all documents related to inspections, appraisal, land title surveys, repair estimates, and insurance documents that effectively comprised a thorough feasibility study. It had been many years since we made an investment in real estate and having Peter as our Realtor gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout this complicated purchase.
