Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Anne on sales and purchases of homes. First, she sold my mother's condo, then she sold my house, sold my son's house in Kensington while he was living in another state, bought his new house, sold my friend's house, and sold my sister's house. Anne has a wonderful demeanor and is so easy to communicate with. Her knowledge of the DMV market is excellent. Anne is an outstanding realtor, who connects with her clients so that she can better understand their needs in finding a suitable new home. She is experienced and well connected with the community, so she gets to know about potential off-market properties that might enter the market. She checks in on her clients periodically to see if there are any changes in our needs in a house and to make sure that we don't get discouraged when it gets difficult finding a house. As we were moving from out-of-state, she made sure to be available during that time and was happy to take us to properties in various parts of town, so that we could make informed decision while house hunting. Anne is always prompt in getting back to us when we have any question. She is extremely helpful when it comes to checking on details about a property/neighborhood. She is organized and methodical when it comes to all the paper work involved in signing contracts and negotiations. Even after closing, Anne has been very helpful in finding certified contractors to do some fixes in the house. Thank you !!!
