Kevin was the best real estate agent my husband and I could have possibly asked for. We met with and tried out several agents before meeting with Kevin, and immediately when we met with him it was clear we’d be in good hands. He’s not pushy or rushed but he’s always available, he’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and he has great instincts. He’s also very dedicated; the first offer we put through during our search was complicated and time-sensitive.. Kevin stayed on calls with us until midnight formulating and submitting the final offer. Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller.
