Wicca Davidson

This was the second time I have asked Wicca to be my real estate agent--10 years apart. The first time I both bought and sold. Recently, I sold my home and downsized to an apartment. I re-hired her because I was astonished at how incredibly helpful she was...she put a lot of time and effort into finding the right price to ask, and both times the houses got a lot of interest above the asking price. She also does a lot of extra work; for example when an inspector found a problem, she was the one who worked to get it fixed. She also has a unique and no cost approach to staging, making the home look lovely but not overdoing with expensive, leased furniture. Both times, the house sold within days, and this last time it sold in 24 hours with 4 offers. She really knows what she is doing and is geographically flexible. If she has not sold in your neighborhood before, she knows how to get quickly up to speed. She's also extremely professional and savvy as heck about real estate, and what makes a truly good offer (e.g. not just money.) I would use her again in a heartbeat!

Wicca is an amazing agent who tirelessly works to find you the perfect house and help you seal the deal. She helped us through the whole process from determining our needs, visiting properties, attending inspections, putting us in contact with a lender, attending our signing, and ironing out final details with the seller's agent. I would absolutely recommend Wicca to anyone hoping to find their dream house at a price they can afford and make sure that all the details are handled.

We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Wicca. Our whole process was a slow simmer; Wicca was patient at the right times, and also gently nudged us forward when we got stuck. Buying and selling a home are huge life events for most of us. Wicca has a rare combination of professional expertise, insight into human nature, respect for clients' personal needs and some true yet gracious grit to get the job done. We're now enjoying a wonderful new home thanks to her steady hand, resourcefulness and hard work. Navigating around the sale of our previous home felt nearly effortless thanks to her professionalism, warmth and knowledge of the market.

Given the commission-based structure of real estate sales, it's human nature for a realtor to want to sell you a house, especially one that you like at first glance. But that's not Wicca's way. I can't tell you how many houses she shooed us away from, because she saw problems which we (while not inexperienced) didn't see. Wicca was zealous helping us organize the purchase of the house which we finally selected, and has continued to help us after the sale, to identify work with contractors on our semi-fix-er-upper. We love our new house, especially after all the renovations! Wicca did yeoman's work helping us purge nearly 30 years worth of detritus, so we could get our previous house onto the market within a month after we moved into the new house. Without her help, this would have taken us at least twice as long, and been five times as stressful. The sale itself fortunately went quickly in the current seller's market, and we continue to love our new house and appreciate the strong financial situation which the successful sale helped to create.
