Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller. Anne is an outstanding realtor, who connects with her clients so that she can better understand their needs in finding a suitable new home. She is experienced and well connected with the community, so she gets to know about potential off-market properties that might enter the market. She checks in on her clients periodically to see if there are any changes in our needs in a house and to make sure that we don't get discouraged when it gets difficult finding a house. As we were moving from out-of-state, she made sure to be available during that time and was happy to take us to properties in various parts of town, so that we could make informed decision while house hunting. Anne is always prompt in getting back to us when we have any question. She is extremely helpful when it comes to checking on details about a property/neighborhood. She is organized and methodical when it comes to all the paper work involved in signing contracts and negotiations. This was the second time I have asked Wicca to be my real estate agent--10 years apart. The first time I both bought and sold. Recently, I sold my home and downsized to an apartment. I re-hired her because I was astonished at how incredibly helpful she was...she put a lot of time and effort into finding the right price to ask, and both times the houses got a lot of interest above the asking price. She also does a lot of extra work; for example when an inspector found a problem, she was the one who worked to get it fixed. She also has a unique and no cost approach to staging, making the home look lovely but not overdoing with expensive, leased furniture. Both times, the house sold within days, and this last time it sold in 24 hours with 4 offers. She really knows what she is doing and is geographically flexible. If she has not sold in your neighborhood before, she knows how to get quickly up to speed. She's also extremely professional and savvy as heck about real estate, and what makes a truly good offer (e.g. not just money.) I would use her again in a heartbeat!
