Elisabeth went way beyond the call of duty in preparing my house for sale and obtaining a very satisfactory price. The house needed to be comprehensively repaired and renovated while I was overseas and could not enter the US due to covid travel restrictions. She contacted and helped me select contractors, supervised their work, and kept me informed on progress throughout. She also arranged the removal of all household items and furnishings, separating items for shipment overseas from those to be dumped or for the estate sale. Thanks to her guidance, the unusually complicated settlement process went smoothly. To sum up, Elisabeth went out of her way and cooperated enthusiastically throughout.
