My experience with Kris Martin was exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable, prompt to respond, kind, detail oriented, and listens intently to your needs in a home. She always sent a variety of possibilities for review before going out to see them in person; she would then “fine-tune” her search after each round of showings and always asked for any new input or any additional thoughts I had. She also had many reliable businesses/individuals to recommend for other things needed with a move into a new home- handymen, painters, home cleaning services, etc. She was never pushy about any of that, and only gave suggestions when I directly asked her if she knew anyone or a business she liked. I’m very happy with my new home and Kris stuck with me until we found it. I’d recommend her to anyone. A very, very positive and professional experience.
