Patti was great to deal with — she listened well yet kept us focused when we were narrowing down our area, and then our options. She was pragmatic and quick to point out points of concern with homes or parts of the process, etc. and provide advice. Her previous loan experience was helpful in obtaining perspective on parts of the process. This was my first time purchasing and I am happy we found Patti.

Pattie is a Gem! A professional, experienced and skilled realtor. I am very blessed and lucky to have worked with Mrs. Pattie during my house search. The very first day we met, I felt very comfortable and confident that I met a realtor who knows her craft. She is very candid and advised accordingly. She possesses patient and understanding personality traits. She never seemed daunted; even when I displayed indecisiveness. She possess a great sense of humor. She is filled with energy and prioritizes the client. We have searched properties for about six (6) months and I feel like I found a friend :). I am excited to share that anyone who is process of finding a home Mrs. Pattie is the go to Realtor. She wont disappoint you. She won't lead you to disappointing purchases and she is not in the business of having you purchase a home because its for sale. She is objective. Patti did an incredible job assisting my husband and me in purchasing our first home. She is very knowledgeable about the market and home buying process and walked us through everything step by step. We wanted to see a lot of houses and Patti was incredibly flexible and available, which we appreciated given our work schedules. Once we found the right home, she tirelessly (and successfully) advocated for us during what ended up being difficult negotiations. On top of all this, Patti is hilarious and made the home buying process very fun. We love our home but will miss seeing houses with Patti! In sum, use Patti! You won’t regret it.

I feel so lucky that Patti ended up being the real estate agent that met us for our first viewing this summer. We never felt pressured to buy quickly (in fact she would point out all the potential downsides of the homes we looked at—things that we never would have thought of). She’s also extremely knowledgeable about the lending process and came up with several different approaches for our home loan (and walked us through each in layman’s terms). It felt like during the negotiation, she was trying to get us the best deal—and because of her, we ended up at a price much lower than we would have thought we could get. Also, she’s a blast to look at a home with. Fun, funny, and incredibly thoughtful. Very highly recommend working with Patti…I know we’ll work with her again in the future!
