With more than 20 years of real estate investment experience, she purchased her first investment property while still in college, sparking what would become a successful career helping clients navigate Maryland’s ever-changing market with confidence. Known for her energy, creativity, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, Bobbi has built her business largely through repeat clients and referrals — a true reflection of the relationships and trust she creates along the way. A long-time resident of South River Colony in Edgewater, Maryland, Bobbi offers clients not only market expertise, but genuine local insight into the communities, schools, lifestyle, and hidden gems that make the area so special. While Anne Arundel County is home, her extensive knowledge of investment opportunities and residential markets stretches throughout Maryland, from the western counties to the southern shorelines. Now entering a new chapter as an empty nester, Bobbi proudly celebrates both of her children graduating from college. Her daughter recently married and relocated to North Carolina with her Marine husband, while her son turned his lifelong fascination with submarines into a dream career after college. Outside of real estate, Bobbi is the majority co-owner of eMed Medical Supply, founded after her young son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2012. The experience inspired her commitment to advocacy, affordable treatment options, and community involvement surrounding childhood disease awareness. She earned her degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University and a Master of Science in Information Technology from University of Maryland University College. When she’s not scouting the real estate market, touring homes, or negotiating on behalf of clients, you’ll likely find Bobbi in her garden — another place where patience, vision, and passion come naturally. Bobbi is proud to serve Maryland as an Engel & Völkers Real Estate Advisor and loves helping clients find not just a home, but a lifestyle they truly love.

Fabulous buying experience

Bobbi is extremely professional and worked hard during the negotiation to insure we were able to purchase our desired home.
