Katie is the epitome of professionalism, patience, and understanding. I was selling and purchasing at the same time, which made me stress, but Katie constantly assured me I was doing everything right! She took all my calls and txts all hours of the day and never once sounded annoyed, and I had some silly questions that could have waited. When negotiating on the purchase of my new home, she was phenomenal! We ended up getting the BEST deal. When a repair wasn’t made, she contacted the other agent on the spot. And even went as to make sure everything else on the list was done that I had forgot about and had the agent send proof (pics) that they were done. With selling my old home, she was very reassuring. I sent thousands of pics of updates and she responded to every last one assuring me things were ok with what I updated and what I needed to do. She put my house out there on many platforms. In a market that’s relatively slow, she got my house under contract within 30 days. I do want to note this is my second time using Katie (she helped me buy my first house 9 years ago and she was amazing back then). There’s no other agent that I would want next to me in the home buying/ selling process.
