She provided me emotional support being a first time homebuyer when I felt discouraged or pessimistic about things playing out. If you want a realtor who is just looking to find you a house…get you to closing just to make sure they receive a check …April is not the realtor for you. But if your looking for someone who you can just meet and feel like you’ve known for years, with great confidence,energy and enthusiasm because they know their work and what they can do….who treats her clients like extended family and doesn’t shy away from building relationships even after closing….who you can call whenever you have a question….April is the realtor for you. I wouldn’t choose another realtor in the world. Every homebuyer I talked to said the words “my realtor didn’t do all that”. That lets me know all I need to know. 5 start service and when your with April it’s like your with Allstate “your in good hands”. Choose April Smith!! You won’t regret it.

Jen is an amazing agent! She created spreadsheets, ones that compared the list price, size, type of home, location, etc, to help us keep track of every home we considered putting an offer on. She was always very responsive, usually getting back to us the same day. I felt like she really listened and helped us find a place that balanced the needs and wants of my husband and me. When the market was cutthroat and we were outbid several times, she became our cheerleader and never gave up positive vibes that we would find the right place. I never felt pressured to settle and Jen never tried to up-sell us. As a first time home-buyer, she kept us on track through calendar invites, check-in texts, and coordinated with our lendor and title agents.
