Larry is an exceptional realtor. He knows the Tampa Bay market very well as he’s lived and worked here most of his life. We have worked with Karen twice, once on the buy side, once on the sell side. She knows her audience, does her research and is confident about the market. Our house sold in one day, had 7 showings and 4 full price offers, one of those were over market.
