After going through agent after agent, I finally found Melanie. Her caring expertise makes the challenging process of buying a home simple. None of the agents I had dealt with (and did not purchase with) really had the same ability to listen or depth of knowledge about the market and industry. She is also a skilled negotiator and knows all the ways to help save money. My home is increasing in value, and while I was priced out of what I really wanted, she found several choices to my exacting specifications that I could also afford. We are moving from the Boston area to Plant City Florida. She set our mind at ease with open communication with emails and comps. Jan did her hard work in finding us land to build. When we arrived to preview her presentation, we viewed 10 + lots. She is very experienced in the real estate field. Even protected us legally when we were all set to put in an offer, we gave her a punch list with our concerns and she relayed them to the listing broker who was very incompetent and gave us non documented answers to our questions. There were liens and HOA fees and wet lands and if it wasn’t for Jan we would have purchased a piece of property not buildable or would have cost a fortune to fix. We then looked at a new home with some concerns, she found out it was built in wet lands. She is friendly, education, been in real estate to achieve the knowledge she has. I have never met a broker like her enthusiasm. I want to further my relationship with her with building our new home in Plant City. Thank you Jan Piper
