As seller financing was involved, Shakiba showed an excellent knowledge of financing, promissory note drafting, insurance and related conditions involving multiple addenda to be required as part of the negotiating strategy. She was also able to assist the buyer's agent in completing the required documents. We would most likely still be looking for a house had we not found Shelia. Since the very first phone call we had with her she had us at ease and easily answered any questions and we had a lot. Very personable and it was a joy and actually very fun to tour houses with her guiding us. She remembers small things that we had mentioned in passing and made sure to talk to us about them with each house. With negotiations she was a dream, we would hear from her immediately and she would walk us through any process or hurdle we came across. I will refer her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!
