We began our search for our forever home in September of 2019, we closed in June of 2020. I lost count at the number of houses Nelson took us to see. However, no matter what Nelson was never in a rush to get us to buy. This is the second home I have purchased with Nelson, and although it took nearly a year, up until we made our final offer he was constantly making sure that we were going to be happy with the choice we made. Nelson was able to help us sell our house prior to closing on our new home in order to renew my Certificate of Eligibility for the VA. We went on a roller coaster ride to make it happen though. We had a potential buyer that, unfortunately, lost their funding and were no longer able to purchase our home. We were less than 45 days from closing on our new home.
