Most caring real estate agent!!
Irina was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. She was always quick to respond, any time night or day!! I truly feel she went above and beyond to help me in the process of my condo purchase. There are many agents out there, but if you want a truly caring agent, Irina is the answer. She is very knowledgeable about the area and she is a class act in every aspect of the word. Sarasota and Area's Most Experienced and Trusted Real Estate Agent
I can go on and on about all the great qualities that Hector has as a Real Estate Agent but as we have used Hector so many times we now consider Hector part of our family. If you want a Real Estate Agent you can trust and depend on, he is your man. He has been in the business for many years and his professionalism and experience will amaze you. I would not trust anyone else to handle my real estate transactions.

Selling Real Estate is not a job for Hector it is a way of life for him. From the minute you employ Hector to sell your property you are kept abreast of everything that is happening the minute it happens. In today's world it is refreshing to see him dressed and acting very professionally. Hector always goes the extra mile to ensure your home gets sold. Experienced? I have witnessed Hector helping potential buyers with questions their real estate agents could not answer. He has been in the real estate business so long that his network of contacts (insurance, contractors, etc.) to help the seller and the buyer is very impressive.

Nina was such a blessing to work with
Nina was such a blessing to work with. We are first time home buyers and she helped us every step of the way and helped us to feel confident in all our decisions because of all her knowledge of every aspect and awesome advice. My team has recently worked with Nina on a sale in Clearwater and we were impressed with her professionalism and the response time from both her and her transaction coordinator. Very often we deal with agents/brokers that do not have the level of urgency as Nina’s team and it can not only be frustrating, but detrimental to both the buyer and seller when everyone is trying to coordinate movers, new transactions and other important life events, especially during this challenging time with COVID restrictions. Our first transaction together went very smooth and I would highly recommend Nina and her team to anyone looking to work with a true professional.

The best realtor in Central Florida
Ray Conrad & Glenda Wolf are honest & straight to the point with keeping us informed every step of the way. They worked hard, especially during this COVID19 time, made sure when showing oir home, everyone respected the new rules of not touching things.
