About Sue

Sue Sebeniecher grew up in Annapolis, MD which is often called “the land of pleasant living”. Sue would have to agree with that for eight months out of the year but the other four months can be very dismal. If you are a sun worshiper as Sue is those four months can change your attitude. Sue finally moved to what she calls “Paradise on Earth”. She still visits Annapolis in the Spring, Summer and Early Fall but now calls St. Petersburg her home. Sue Sebeniecher became a realtor in 2000 after owning a Travel Agency for 7 years. Before that she spent her time raising her now grown boys of whom she is very proud of. Although real estate has had its ups and downs, Sue believes that those who really love what they do become the best at it in the good times as well as the bad. Sue says, “I am fortunate to have found a career that I have passion for and because of that I have become a great source for all your real estate needs.”

Out of state purchase Sue has been wonderful from the start of my purchase to the end. I was purchasing a home out of state and it was difficult to coordinate everything from inspection to the final walk through, but Sue mad it very convenient for me! Highly recommended.
