Yolanda Hodges has been a Realtor and serving her clients for 20 years and counting. A native to Dominican Republic, she grew up in Miami, Florida until she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia with her family and began pursuing a real estate career. She was able to expand her business in Atlanta and develop great relationships with colleagues and previous clients even after relocating to Tampa, Florida. Because of her relocations and world travelling, she has always been the source for helping clients who are relocating from different states to Florida. As well she is able to easily connect with fellow Caribbean and European transfers.
Yolanda is a member of Greater Tampa Realtor Association and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate. At GTR she is able to participate with other members for the International Global Sub-Committee of Tampa Bay and the Government Affairs Sub-committee. She collaborates with other Global Realtor experts and develop strategies for service and marketing to best represent relocating transplants in their residential goals. In addition to I.G.S.C, she also serves on the Young Professional Network, a Tampa Bay Sub-committee developing future leaders in the Real Estate Industry.
Yolanda has been active in the community as a philanthropist and advisory board. Since relocating to Tampa with her family she has been able to reach hundreds of residents through her radio presence. She was a long-time fixture on the radio show Radio La Luz De Hoy and is now co-hosting a radio show where she is able to answer all types of questions and provide tips to the community.
