I worked with Susan to sell my condo and find my next home. At the last minute the bank I was working with on my mortgage was not able to approve me (not due to anything I had done), I contacted Susan and within one hour she had another lender who could work with me, she sent all the paperwork she had to get me started. While I found the selling and buying a bit frustrating, Susan was not. She was helpful throughout the whole process. I appreciated her input to help sell my condo and her recommendations when I asked for vendors I had not worked with before. Susan was very knowledgeable of the area and I have been happy to stay in touch with her and recommend her to friends and co-workers.

My husband and I were first time home buyers! Tim was very patient and kind! He took the time to explain the process and was always available to answer any questions along the way! Being a worrier by nature, Tim's professional knowledge put my mind at ease! He knew the area incredibly well and made excellent recommendations for other trustworthy and fairly priced service providers - so well in fact, even after shopping around, we went with his suggested loan officer, lawyer, inspectors (termite and general) and insurance agent (and now we're even getting a better price on our auto insurance!). Tim did not pressure us as he knew we were waiting to sell our house in md.before we purchased in fl. But he kept us up on what the market was doing. When we were ready to purchase he went and looked at properties for us while we were still in md. When he found the perfect one for use made sure that things moved along smoothly. Tim went out of his way and picked us up at our hotel and took us to closing and brought us back. He also went to the home inspection when we could not be there. He left us a thoughtful gift as well at our new home. He called after we were moved in to see how we were doing and to see if he could do anything for us. We consider Tim a friend as well as an agent. We would highly recommend Tim for to find you the best home out there.

She was very important in making decisions in the preparation of our apartment for sale and in the pricing. Since we moved out well before the apartment went for sale, she undertook many of the day to day supervision of the work done in the unit and other decisions normally made by the owner.
