Rene and Kim Maylee did an outstanding job selling what was considered a difficult property. As an absentee owner of this rental property in a condominium community, they went above and beyond what most agents would do to get it sold. The property was in rough shape and needed a complete facelift to make it saleable. They never hesitated to meet painters, carpet installers, cleaning services, etc. to let them in and inspect the work performed to ensure it was satisfactory. They marketed the property perfectly, held open houses, and got it sold quickly! There is much more I could add here but the bottom line is Rene and Kim are outstanding real estate professionals in the Sarasota community and I highly recommend them both for all of your real estate needs.

Renee and team were very attentive throughout the sales process. This was not an easy property to sell and we had several buyers with false starts and most likely bad intent. Renee was able to depict the deception immediately and stop the the process. Through hard work they located a very strong buyer and the remaking process was professional and expedient

Susan sold my condo in 1 week. I highly recommend her. She made me feel at ease with knowing the stress of selling a home. She also spent quality time with me. Susan did a beautiful job in staging my condo. My MLS listing looked and was professionally done. Susan is just plain awesome!

Susan sold 2 condos for me back to back. One in Dec.2018 and one in Jan. 2019. She was professional from the listing to the closing. I was impressed at how fast she tackled all the necessary things that go with selling. She never left me hanging or wondering what to do next. There were some challenges, but she took care of them for me. She has alot of knowledge in the real estate business. I would ask her again, if I were selling, buying, or just need a referral.

We were relocating from Washington, DC to Sarasota, FL. MaryElizabeth made our transition very easy! MaryElizabeth communicated with us via phone and email. She listened to our requirements and found many options for us to review. MayElizabeth is extremely knowledgable about the Sarasota/Bradenton area! In the end we chose to build new in Lakewood Ranch. When it was time to visit the design center MaryElizabeth came with us – her input was invaluable to us! She ensured we chose what was needed for the house – kept us on budget!

Susan recently sold my condo after a very short listing and sold it for the price I was asking. Thruout the process she was stellar as an agent, friendly, informed and amusing to make a stressful time more pleasant. I felt she really put herself out to make everything move smoothly and kept me informed regularly as to what was transpiring. I recommend her highly. Sarah Jane Dechert

I’ve purchased multiple investment properties from Jo Ellyn over the years. Her read watch and knowledge is what impressed me most. Not all the properties were the easiest to close but she made it happen.

A true professional. When we chose Jo Ellyn, we found ourselves in very good hands. Due to a structural issue in the condo we were living , we had to find a new place to live rather quickly. Jo Ellyn not only found us a lovely home but it turned out to be a sage investment. Well done!
