Jo's willingness to go above and beyond might have been the linchpin of the entire deal. Rene and Kim Maylee did an outstanding job selling what was considered a difficult property. As an absentee owner of this rental property in a condominium community, they went above and beyond what most agents would do to get it sold. The property was in rough shape and needed a complete facelift to make it saleable. They never hesitated to meet painters, carpet installers, cleaning services, etc. to let them in and inspect the work performed to ensure it was satisfactory. They marketed the property perfectly, held open houses, and got it sold quickly!
