Karen was the listing agent for sale of my home in Florida.
Karen was recommended by a friend and I could not have asked for a better agent or experience. She returned my request for help within hours despite being on a trip abroad. I needed to sell my home quickly as I was in the process of buying a home in Washington state. She was always checking in and even offered to come help to clean, get ready for showings and pack. Photos taken for the brochure showed my home so beautifully, I had to look twice to be sure it was mine. She was also able to help out with a good local handyman that did some painting and repairs for a reasonable price. I can't say enough about Karen and how much I appreciate all she did for me. Six months later, she still finds the time to stay in touch!

She was the best part of the buying experience
Jo's willingness to go above and beyond might have been the linchpin of the entire deal. She was knowledgeable, friendly, persistent while remaining extremely pleasant, attentive, just an all around pleasure. She always responded quickly, and she made herself easily available when the inevitable questions and concerns came rolling in. In addition to being gregarious, she was encyclopedic in her knowledge of the local market, and market procedures. We can't say enough positive things about Jo.

Pan is impressively passionate to help others in her work and in her personality as well. She is naturally warm-hearted. She provided us the detailed information about what we were not very familiar with her excellent local knowledge. She helped us to find out the tenants and completed her work successfully. Even after that, she reminds us of things that we need to pay attention to or take actions at the right time with her thoughtfulness. She's strongly communicative and helpful in responding to my questions and concerns whenever I have and by my knowing the tenants would have. Other than being a professional, she is like a trustable friend. It's truly a pleasure to work with her.
