When you're a RE/MAX Realtor licensed in MD and VA and wish to move to a state 1000+ miles away, you need to choose and depend on another Realtor to handle all aspects of the purchase. You know what's important and the skills necessary for your choice in that Realtor. You need a Realtor who has excellent communication skills, who is timely in returning all calls, texts & emails, who has intimate knowledge of the local market and has the knowledge of real estate and the skills to negotiate the transaction. Karen was recommended by a friend and I could not have asked for a better agent or experience. She returned my request for help within hours despite being on a trip abroad. I needed to sell my home quickly as I was in the process of buying a home in Washington state. She was always checking in and even offered to come help to clean, get ready for showings and pack. Photos taken for the brochure showed my home so beautifully, I had to look twice to be sure it was mine. My husband and I began our search for the perfect vacation home a few years ago. We were so lucky to have Karen guide us on that search in finding the perfect spot on Lido Key!
