I'm from Canada, and this was my first U.S. purchase. Paul had a listing I was interested in, so I called him directly. After some pertinent questions, Paul was able to direct me to listings that suited my search criteria specifically. I looked for months before finding a list of properties to come down to Florida and view. I gave Paul my list and he put together a few more that I didn't know about to see in one jam packed day of touring. By the end of the day, I was so happy to have seen everything that suited my style, and was confident when I made the offer on the one I wanted. It was a great day spent in the car with Paul getting all the local knowledge he had to share about neighborhoods, people, landmarks, and much more. He picked me up at my hotel first thing in the morning, toured all day, had a meal, made a deal, and dropped me back off at the airport the same night! WOW! If you have any apprehension being so far away and not knowing a realtor; this is your guy for this area. In the later days, the deal closed and Paul took care of many of the things I just couldn't get to by distance, which were above and beyond what your regular guy would normally do. Honestly; I don't know what I would have done without Paul looking after my best interest while I was up here in Canada working while the deal went through. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Paul and all the work he put into this to make it happen. I feel like a already have a friend in Florida when I get there.

He is a person you can call a friend from day one, sincere and honest and really knows his area and his business to get you the best deal. I will be using him again when I buy my next property in Florida, no matter what part of the state.
