Jennifer did a fantastic job in selling my fathers home. She recommended vendors to help with work we need prior to putting on market - they were all very good and reasonably priced. She coached us on the best price and discouraged further lowering the price when I was getting antsy after a few months. She coached us about accepting an offer “as is” and not taking less after the inspection. She really seemed to know the market, in particular my fathers development (Pelican Pointe), and told us about the pros and cons of the house. We knew what to expect and we did not have any surprises. The sale when very smoothly and my family was pleased with the outcome. It really was pretty quick and my worry was unfounded. Jennifer was trustworthy, professional and I’d use her again.

When my husband passed away, I needed to sell the condo fast so I can move up north to be with my family. Sally did a beautiful job listing the condo for sale in record time. The condo was sold in less than 2 weeks. She went above and beyond making me feel comfortable leaving my beautiful condo of 15 years that I enjoyed with my late husband. I've met Michele a little over a year ago and she has been more than a blessing. She helped us sell both of our homes, the Lakeville house and our Cape vacation home. She sold them both with no issues and helped us purchase a new home that we absolutely love. She is extremely knowledgeable in dealing with every aspect of real estate. She can be very aggressive when it comes to fighting for her clients, but yet never pushy with them. She showed us at least a couple of dozen homes, but she never tried to push us to go for any of them so she can get it over with. No! She wanted to make sure that we are happy with our purchase and that we are not being cheated on the price. She diligently did her homework and kept us informed about the local market. She is really an amazing woman who absolutely loves what she does and it shows. She has been my protective angel for the past year! I will never use anyone else to represent me and definitely recommend her to everyone I know.

Jennifer sold my Mom's house in Florida after my Dad passed away. I live in Ohio and Jen took care of everything for us. She prepped the house, showed it, helped us sell the remaining furniture in the home etc. She took care of everything for me--it was truly amazing .
