When Angela took over the marketing and sale of my villa I was blown away with her energy, creativity, and marketing skills. She gave me great advice, assistance and follow-up information in prepping for individual showings as well as open houses. She was able to help in suggesting vendors to take care of problems that will appear in a home that has been unoccupied for a year! I left Florida in March 2024 for Wisconsin. Angela took on my property on April 1, 2025 and the sale closed on June 3, 2025 (in a difficult market for sellers!).
