We felt comfortable with Sally as soon as we met her at the Open House. She was kind, professional and so knowledgeable about the home, neighborhood and the numerous amenities of the community. She presented our offer to the sellers the next afternoon and had the paperwork efficiently completed by dinner ( we had a plane to catch the next day!) She assisted us with mortgage and insurance recommendations as well as a handyman for some minor repairs. She was there to assist us throughout the entire process and made our buying experience a pleasure.

I met with Janice Post 0n Nov 20, 2020. I was immediately impressed with her knowledge of the area and the way she conducted her business. We listed the house on Dec 11, had an offer on Dec 14 and closed on Dec 23. The house sold for the amount listed. She is very professional and I would highly recommend her!

Angela did a wonderful job. She knew the area and had personalized ideas for the family to enjoy the area. She went back and forth with seller to make sure we beat another offer. She is always available and never waited long for a email or phone call.
