We felt comfortable with Sally as soon as we met her at the Open House. She was kind, professional and so knowledgeable about the home, neighborhood and the numerous amenities of the community. She presented our offer to the sellers the next afternoon and had the paperwork efficiently completed by dinner ( we had a plane to catch the next day!) She assisted us with mortgage and insurance recommendations as well as a handyman for some minor repairs. She was there to assist us throughout the entire process and made our buying experience a pleasure.

Angela did a wonderful job. She knew the area and had personalized ideas for the family to enjoy the area. She went back and forth with seller to make sure we beat another offer. She is always available and never waited long for a email or phone call. She sometimes works with her husband who is also agent and with both of them they had great information we needed with being new to area.

We phoned Sally from our home in Maine and asked her to sell our home in Venice Florida. She took ownership of the project immediately. Provided us with many comparables to review and we agreed with her suggested market price. Sally walked us through the "off site" sales process from staging our home through the out of state closing process.
