Jennifer always keep us updated with the latest market trends. Jennifer really knows the community and pretty much all of Florida. She was always available when we had questions. Jennifer definitely knows how to negotiate with a great deal of class. I would most certainly recommend her for your next purchase or sale of your current residence.

Excellent Job!
Jennifer did a phenomenal job setting the appropriate price (above my expectations), marketing the property, evaluating offers, and staging the property. We were out of state sellers and Jennifer was excellent at managing the long distance coordination of the sale; To be specific, she coordinated several repairs, found the best contractors for the work at great prices.

Continuing Excellent Results with Jennifer Magoon
We have been working with Jennifer Magoon for 10 years, purchasing our primary Florida residence with her assistance. We have also purchased and sold two investment properties with her advice and consent. Jennifer is very knowledgeable of all aspects of the Sarasota area marketplace. She provides excellent advice on the legal, financial and business aspects of buying and selling real estate. She is patient, professional, reliable and friendly. We respect her advice. She has a unique way of analyzing the market and obtaining results. We have obtained excellent results with her. We respect the fact that she is confident in giving her opinion, which we have relied on without regret. We highly recommend her, without reservation. The fact that we have used her only her during the 10 years we have known her proves that point.

Great to work with
Jennifer check the house and gave us a great estimate of what we should get for it. The house was staged and we sold the house the day it went on the market. We were very happy with the advise she gave throughout the process of the sale.

Wonderful job! Everything went smoothly on my end at least.
Betty Rucci was absolutely wonderful from the first time we sat down. She is very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time. Being from out of state, it was refreshing to have her as the realtor. She did everything from listing the property quickly, getting the house emptied of the contents of the home, finding a cleaning company to clean and the house was sold within a few days. I consider her a very professional woman who knows what to do and made me feel comfortable with leaving to go back home. I recommend her highly. FIVE STARS
