Amazing real estate agent! Lourdes was very knowledgeable in our area in broward county and was able to sell our home at an amazing price. She fought for us every step of the way which included open houses, special appointments, and went above and beyond to make sure we made our closing! Highly recommend Her!

Jennifer's knowledge of our market here in Pelican Pointe was a definite plus in priceing and selling our home. She was easy to work with and responsive to our questions. In addition, she provides a monthly newsletter to our community summarizing recent sales which gives us a point of comparison.

Kevin was knowledgeable of the surrounding properties sale value, sold our property faster than expected, was very professional at all times and very helpful guiding through the out of state signing via the document application. I would recommend Kevin again if needed and would advise others to use him as an agent for buying or selling their property. He was a very good representative for his company. Jennifer is the realator you would want if you are selling or buying a house in Pelican Point. She took videos and had a buyer for us from out of town before the house actually was on the market. She knew what we could sell the house for and that is what we settled on. She was upfront with us the whole time. Great experience.

She went to the property several times for us. We needed information for new appliances and furniture placement, and she went out without hesitation to get measurements. I hated to be a bother, but she put me at ease and helped out anyway she could. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their realtor. She was an asset in the whole process.

She worked very hard in preparing our house for listing and once listed she held numerous open houses until it sold. She communicated very well with us and followed up on showings with other agents. We always knew we could depend on her to get back to us quickly on any questions we had. We would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy in Pelican Pointe and Venice as she knows the area very well!

Sally was such a pleasure to work with in purchasing our new Florida home! :) We are from out of state and called Sally, as she was the listing agent on the property. From that first call, and lucky for us, she could not have been nicer or more attentive and helpful! If we had questions or concerns, Sally was always there to answer. We felt very comfortable working with her and feel like we've known her forever! Very professional and personable and she knows her stuff! Thanks Sally!
