We recently worked with Jan on the purchase of our new home, and this was not our first experience with her. Throughout the entire process, she stayed on top of every issue, followed up promptly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. We especially appreciated her strong negotiation skills and her ability to guide us through the various decisions that came up along the way.
