Sharon was referred to us by friends and we were so pleased working with her. We clicked right away with her professional and friendly demeanor. Sharon identified several properties and showed us around the Venice area. Sharon lives in the community so knows the best places to live. We ended up in the community she lives in and it was the perfect fit for the lifestyle and budget we were looking for. We made an aggressive offer and she closed the deal with the Seller quickly. Sharon went the extra mile to coordinate the inspection, communicate with the title company, hire contractors to address items identified in the inspection report, get signed up for approval by the HOA, and all other aspects in the buying process. She communicated often and was very responsive answering questions via email, text or by phone. Once we closed on the property, she helped us obtain our gate access stickers and community cards, then celebrate at the pool tiki bar. We highly recommend Sharon. We've worked with other realtors over the years and Sharon is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with.

My wife and I were looking online for homes a requested more information on a property for sale here in the Venice Area. Within 30 minutes we received a call from Clark introducing himself and asking how he could help. Within one hour we had a showing set up for the very next day at not only one property but several others in the area. I took us a couple weeks with at least 12 different showings to decide on our wonderful home. My wife and I found working with Clark and his wife Jenny not only pleasant but also extremely knowledgeable. They know the area extremely well and guided us throughout the entire process. He was very prompt with all his communication and provided an excellent list of resources to help us get insurance, home inspections, navigate getting our water turned on and working with the HOA. Clark and Jenny were fabulous.
