My wife and I were looking online for homes a requested more information on a property for sale here in the Venice Area. Within one hour we had a showing set up for the very next day at not only one property but several others in the area. I took us a couple weeks with at least 12 different showings to decide on our wonderful home. My wife and I found working with Clark and his wife Jenny not only pleasant but also extremely knowledgeable. They know the area extremely well and guided us throughout the entire process. He was very prompt with all his communication and provided an excellent list of resources to help us get insurance, home inspections, navigate getting our water turned on and working with the HOA.
