We contacted Jan from Massachusetts to help us find a home in Florida. From the very beginning she listened to our needs, and responded to every question. We flew down and spent a few days with Jan looking at homes. We chose one and closed a few days ago. We will always go back to her for anything in the future, and we would recommend her 110%

Angela and Kevin went above and beyond in their service. We were very pleased with communication, social media promotion and Open Houses that were done to sell our Villa. They provided around the clock contact and were always attentive to our needs. We are so thankful for all their support. Selling a house is never easy, but they made it less stressful.

Allyson was so incredible, I don’t even know where to begin. For first time home buyers she helped us understand every step of the process. She was so knowledgeable and always available for any questions we might have had. I was able to continue working my job with confidence throughout this knowing that Allyson was on top of deadlines and needs. She also came with recommendations for Insurance and Inspections and such. I could go on and on about how lovely Allyson was but ill just say I highly recommend her and that doesn’t come lightly from me. 10 out of 10 Thank you so much.

Our experience with Jan was awesome. She is dedicated, professional, attentive and honest. We trusted her and she had a perfect balance of aggressiveness and patience. Although our home did not work out due to hurricane Milton, we are excited to continue our partnership with Jan in pursuit of our Florida home.

Working with Jan was great, she is very professional and personable. My wife and I purchased a new construction home in 2022 which we ended up having to sale shortly after due to relocation. We put the home up for sale in March of 2024. It took longer than expected to sell the home as unfortunately the market took a hit from current economy/rates causing an excesive inventory of homes to be parked. Jan never gave up, she resiliently hosted open houses every weekend, followed up with potential buyers and agents, always on top of things and was quickly responsive at all times. The whole process was smooth, she handled everything from start to finish. I would totally recommend to anyone and would work with her in the future.

In a stagnant market Jan got our home sold in just 9 days at the price we wanted with a quick closing. I wouldn't thi k of calling someone else.
