I began my real estate career in 1981 as a real estate agent and then as a mortgage loan originator. I was a top producer and award winner in both fields. In 1997 I transitioned into the Corporate world working first as a Client Services Manager facilitating transactions in the Government marketplace (FHA and VA) and later as a Sales Executive of transaction software solutions to medium and large lending institutions. In this capacity I was also a liaison to their User Group as well as to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on automated underwriting. In 2002, I accepted a position with the United States Marshals Service (USMS), Asset Forfeiture Division. I managed a team responsible for both property management and disposal of residential and commercial assets throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. These properties were forfeited by the United States Attorneys offices because of illegal activity. Sales amounts ranged from the thousands of dollars to the multi-millions. I personally managed many with very high public profiles. My previous private sector experience provided me with the expertise to negotiate and resolve complex issues. In 2015 my husband and I relocated to Venice Florida. We love the Florida sunshine and the more leisurely pace. I obtained my Florida real estate license and now work with buyers and sellers in the field I am passionate about. I am dedicated to achieving my customers real estate goals through superior customer service and communication while making every transaction go as smoothly as possible from Listing, to Contract, and ultimately to a successful closing. I have had transactions in Venice, Sarasota, Nokomis, and Port Charlotte. In my leisure time I enjoy entertaining family and friends, playing bridge, book clubs, and outdoor activities. I am on the Board of my neighborhood HOA and was past chair of my community’s Fundraiser in support of local nonprofit organizations through their annual grant program.

Sally showed us many houses before we found the perfect one! Never pressured and she was great every step of the way! Then drives me to the ultilities dept to set up water! I can not tell you how wonderful she is to work with !!!!! We loved her!

Sally did an excellent job of helping us to find our new home. She is the best realtor we’ve had.

The things we loved about Sally were that she really listened to everything we said about what we wanted in our new home; such as the price range, square footage size, location or area of interest, amenities, landscaping and scenery, etc. And, she was so easy going and very easy to deal with. We don’t care for people who try to sell us on things we’re not really interested in and Sally never attempted to do any of that. She was very patient in helping us search for the right home for us. She was easy to get ahold of by phone, email and text and prompt in getting back to us on the occasions when she wasn’t available, which were few. We couldn’t be happier with the home we purchased. Above and beyond

The Very Best

We have moved 15 times in 42 years, all work-related. Finally retiring, we found a place, met Sally, and we are glad we did. There is no one better!
