Angela is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. She has a wonderful personality which made working with her a pleasure. She guided us effortlessly through the purchase of our new home and we look forward to working with her again in the future. As a result of our experience we not only have a new home, we have a friend who we will highly recommend to anyone in search of a realtor.

Renee went above and beyond helping us find our Florida home. We trusted her completely to find the perfect place. We respected her expertise so much so that we didn't even see the house prior to purchase. She followed up immediately on any house we were interested in. She walked us through the homes with her camera making us feel like we were actually seeing the house in person. She is professional, kind, and hard working. She is everything you would hope to find in a real estate agent. I would highly recommend Renee, to help you find your dream home.

Jennifer was extremely knowledgable about the community that I desired to purchase a home within and she guided me throughout the process.

This was a home sale that was part of a trust. There were complexities in dealing with co-executors and several beneficiaries. Jennifer did a great job of communicating to all and was transparent in her assessments of price on an older home.

When we decided to buy a house in Venice, we were so lucky to have found Annie as our realtor. She knows the area, the market, and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Buying a house when your are 1,500 miles away can be nerve wracking, but we were confident we had a great realtor helping us along the way.

My husband and I were very grateful to have such an experienced real estate agent working on our behalf! She was very helpful throughout the entire process and exhibited a high level of professionalism and knowledge about the various communities in Venice. Thanks to her expertise, we saved a HUGE amount of money on the purchase of our home! We always knew she had our best interests at heart. We wouldn't hesitate for a minute to hire her again when we require additional real estate needs in the future!

Jennifer’s experience and knowledge of real estate transactions were what carried us through the roller coaster of the current trends in today’s economy. Her wise counsel, and honesty made us feel secure as she walked us through some strange offers. I am a former real estate agent ( 25 years ago ) and there is no else I would ever want to have as my agent. She is by far, the very best in this area. I always recommend her to anyone with real estate needs.

Always kept us informed on the process, skillful negotiator, true professional. She does her homework...she went beyond our expectations by selling our home higher than the other properties in the neighborhood. Besides the sale of our house she helped us buy our forever home in Venice, Fl.

We listed our Villa at the early stage of the COVID pandemic. Traffic in our Villa was good and neighboring competition strong. We were concerned about the pressure of competition and virus issues. Jennifer was consistent in her positive outlook for our sale throughout our journey! Her experience and market familiarity were reassuring when we needed it. A buyer was secured and a mutually agreed sale achieved. Closing went smoothly for us and our buyer. We highly recommend Jennifer!!
