I have worked with Thomas Kersey for more than 12 years, and during that time we have aquired lots, built and sold dozens of custom homes together throughout the Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Ridgeland, and Lowcountry real estate markets. Thomas has consistently proven himself to be one of the most knowledgeable, professional, and effective real estate brokers I have worked with, especially when it comes to integrity and communication. Most recently, Thomas represented the sale of our newly built home at 176 Cassique Creek Drive at Knowles Island. We had the pleasure of working with Thomas Kersey to sell 4 of our condo units in Plantation Point in Bluffton, and we could not have been happier with the experience. 2 of our units ended up being record breaking sales. Selling multiple properties could easily have become overwhelming, but Thomas made the entire process remarkably easy for us. He handled everything with professionalism, patience, and attention to detail, kept us informed throughout each transaction, and was always available when we had a question or needed guidance. What impressed us most was how personally invested Thomas was in getting the best possible result for us.
