In 1998, Tom transitioned into the real estate business, selling homes and home sites in local golf communities. He worked at Callawassie Island for two years where he specialized in home site sales, resale homes, and new construction. He quickly rose to the top to become the number 2 sales person within Callawassie Island. He was also an on site sales executive at Southbridge Golf Community in Savannah for eight years. Outstanding experience from start to finish

Thomas delivered an excellent experience for us from start to finish in listing and selling our home. He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Most important to us was that he was always available to answer all of our questions no matter how small, and was quick to solve every issue that developed along the way( and they will!). His marketing strategy, attention to detail, and guidance made all the difference. I absolutely recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Low Country!

Working with Thomas Kersey was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

We had owned our Bluffton home for 4-5 years and really liked the area even though we had never lived there full time. While visiting we were always drawn to the island for dining and activities. We were wrestling with the idea of putting our house on the market and looking for something closer to the island. The question was would our house sell since there were already four houses on our small street that were already on the market. That’s where Thomas came in with his professionalism, market knowledge and communication really made us feel this was as good a time as ever to list our property. He listened carefully for what we wanted, advocated for our best interests and went above and beyond to ensure everything kept on track. We felt confident we were in capable hands. This resulted in a quick and successful sale. Best agent we ever had!

Over the course of our careers my wife and I have purchased 8 homes, from New Hampshire to Florida and points in between. Thomas was our agent when we purchased in the Bluffton area, we felt he was honest, he had a great knowledge of the area, and a thorough knowledge of what was selling, and why it was selling ahead of others. His exquisitely worded description of the house, the advantages it offered were all combined in the descriptions online. When we were buying, he gave us a great tour of several locations and towns. He cautioned us when he saw something that cost a lot of money to repair. Overall, it was a very enjoyable, 2-way conversation, we felt like he knew what we wanted, and went out of his way to satisfy us.
