Our confidence in Thomas started with a friend saying, “I’ve heard great things about Thomas. I’ll pass you his contact information.” A couple of weeks later there was a phone conversation about what we were looking for and how best to work together. We were relocating from Arlington, VA and time was on our side to wait for the market to heat up and the rates to come down. We booked a weekend to come down, meet with Thomas and tour some homes. WOW! Thomas took our phone conversation and texts and set up tours with a dozen beautiful homes that met our criteria, in our budget.
