I was moving to the area from California and wanted to buy a house on Hilton Head. I reached out to Thomas and wanted to see if he would be interested in helping me since it wasn't a multi-million dollar home. He responded right away that he would, in fact, love to help me. I came as a stranger to the area but I am moving in with a new friend. (I just hope he feels the same way.) I had a list of homes that I thought would meet my criteria. After a couple of days of looking at "my list", Thomas asked if he could surprise me and show me what he thought I might like. I was certainly game since my list had not produced anything that I really loved. The second house that Thomas showed me on his list is the one that I walked in and went "Wow". This "wow" response was because he listened to what I wanted but more importantly, he also watched my reactions as we toured the homes and he saw what excited me. The second house on his list is now MY home and I couldn't be more thrilled. LOL - the house I bought just happens to be a couple of blocks from where he and his family live -- I believe he is building his neighborhood one new friend at a time. Thomas is a calm, extremely diligent and amazingly hard working person who pays attention to the small details.
