First, we were out-of-state buyers who knew little about the area. Thomas did an amazing job patiently bringing us up to speed. We decided to buy in an exclusive private community that required negotiating many intricate steps. Thomas advised on all of this with great patience and knowledge of the situation. We made a low offer on the house and Thomas advised us well on how best to couch the offer for acceptance. It worked and we got the house. Thomas also has a finance background and gave excellent (though unofficial) advice on handling the purchase to our tax advantage, for which we were very thankful. Thomas was phenomenal to work with. With this being our first house we sold, he made the process less stressful. Thomas answered any questions we had. He made sure we were on track to close at our given closing date. We did list the house with another agent and it wasn’t selling. Thomas has the listing for 2 months or so and it finally sold.
