He does a huge amount of homework, he knows the house he's going to show you, and he walks you through the house pointing out the things he feels are important to you. If the house is not suited to you, he's learned enough about your desires that he won't waste his time nor yours looking at something that he knows will not suit your needs. Anyone who has ever been in retail understands this process of qualification. It is effective, deliberate, and done with the full understanding of both the home and the client. I would have given him 10 stars if I could. I've had and sold 8 personal homes and dealt with a bevy of agents. Thomas is the best.
