Have you ever shopped for a major appliance, a car, a boat, an RV, without the sales person going through the product and highlighting the benefits of the product? Neither have I, yet the majority of real estate agents drive you up to the door of one of the larger investments you will make in your life and let you walk through a house on your own. They never take the time to preview the house, nor do the homework necessary in preparing for a sale. Their biggest preparation is calling to see if the house can be shown at a particular time. Thomas Kersey is what everybody's agent should be. He does a huge amount of homework, he knows the house he's going to show you, and he walks you through the house pointing out the things he feels are important to you. If the house is not suited to you, he's learned enough about your desires that he won't waste his time nor yours looking at something that he knows will not suit your needs. Anyone who has ever been in retail understands this process of qualification. It is effective, deliberate, and done with the full understanding of both the home and the client. I would have given him 10 stars if I could. I've had and sold 8 personal homes and dealt with a bevy of agents. Thomas is the best.
