If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Working with Thomas has been nothing short of exceptional. I have worked with him on multiple deals in Hilton Head Island and every single time he goes above and beyond. He is truly a professional -always arriving prepared with detailed market surveys and statistics that help you have confidence in your decisions. His knowledge of the local market is unmatched, and as a local, he brings insight you simply can not find anywhere else.
