Lisa was great realtor. The professionalism, knowledge of the business and the market, kindness, responsiveness, commitment and attentiveness of Lisa is unmatched. We highly recommend working with her to anyone. We will definitely work with her again in the future. She was very quick in answering emails, texts and phone calls. He would return phone call within minutes. The house we bought went on the market a few days before we saw it. As soon as it hit Zillow I sent a request to see it and she replayed in less than a day. We saw it and we moved ahead with a proposal. She had come up with a price for us to offer and sent the seller an offer on our behalf. Lisa also helped us tremendously in all other aspects of the process. Mortgage, insurance, title, inspection and even things like visiting the house to see the furniture the seller was offering to us. The best part was that the closing process was 15 days (the seller needed to close the transaction in 15 days). Not a single time during all these days was disengaged. We are extremely thankful for all her great work and the extra support.

Ricardo has supported my wife and I with the purchase and sale of multiple properties over the past five years including our principle residence as well as multiple investment properties. Ricardo takes a strategic approach to the sales process by assessing and recommending on how best to position, price and market each property. He takes the same strategic planning approach with the purchase process. He is knowledgeable about the local Washington DC real estate market which informs his recommended approach. When it comes to negotiations, he approaches them in a careful manner always thinking two or three steps ahead with a focus on the targeted outcome and working backwards from there. Just as important, he accepts feedback and participation from the client, making the process collaborative if you want to be more involved, which my wife and I tend to be when it comes to real estate transactions. Beyond exceeding in all the core skillsets that one requires of a real estate agent, Ricardo goes beyond the pale on his service delivery. More than a few times we needed an estimate or complete a repair to get a deal done. Ricardo helped us get the quotes, met with the contractors when my wife or I couldn’t get be there or just made sure that the appropriate work that needed to be done, got done for the deal to close on time without issues. We have worked with a fair share of real estate agents over the years and we always recommended Ricardo to friends and family. Ricardo is our go to real estate person. Would highly recommend him to anyone that needs to buy or sell a property in the DC area.

Magda was so thorough on what we needed to do to get our home ready to sell. Instead of being pushy like many realtors we have dealt with, she gave great suggestions on what would be helpful in getting our home sold and listed them in priority order for us. In the end, we had 3 families bidding on our home, with at least one family writing a letter as to why we should sell our home to them! I don't think our home was even listed for 2 weeks before it sold!
