I have to say, that my experience with Jonathan Burke was nothing short of fabulous. From my first meeting with Jonathan to the last signature at closing he has been the best, most thoughtful, informed and professional real estate agent I have ever worked with. I should not imply that his care ended at the closing table because Jonathan has continued to care for me and my family even since our closing a month ago. Jonathan used his exceptional negotiating skills to get me a home that appraised for over $8,000 more than what I paid, and he got all of my closing costs paid and a new carpet. He did mention that this does not happen every time, but I will tell all of my friends and family members to call Jonathan Burke for all of their Real Estate needs.

Jonathan and his wife, Kristi, are an amazing team. Jonathan was extremely helpful every step of the way and went above and beyond to get things done as well as make it as seamless as possible. The skill and expertise of this team are absolutely outstanding. They truly look out for and treat you like a person, not just a number. Their team is absolutely outstanding. I would hands down recommend them for any home buying or selling needs you have.
