Amazing to work with for home buying and home selling.
Wayne helped me both purchase my first home in 2019 and then sell it in 2026. He goes above and beyond to help you find the right home, give honest feedback on whether a home is a good fit, and even help you after you buy the home by finding good people to do work on your new home if needed. When selling your home, he goes above and beyond to ensure it's priced correctly and to get a deal done with you as the winner. If I had not moved states, I would use him again for any home-buying or selling needs.

Wayne was very patient and worked hard to get us the property that was right for us.
Wayne really knows the Northern Virginia market. He worked hard to get us to the right property. Of course, we had certain criteria, and Wayne was able to set manageable expectations for our property search. He was very patient with us and didn't rush us into making our decision. Once we decided on our property he and his team at C21 were able to shepherd us through the process and get us to closing. I would highly recommend Wayne and C21 to anyone who is looking for someone to handle their real estate needs.
