I cannot express how much stress Jaime took off our plate during the buying and selling process. This is currently an insane market and there is no way we would have landed our dream home and sold our property so quickly without her expertise. I chose to work with Jaime because I have come to realize just how important it to select the right agent who is truly knowledgeable and experienced in this industry, and who has the sales, work ethic and reputation to go along with it. Your agent is representing you through this whole process, so not having these qualities can truly hurt you with buying and selling (even in a crazy sellers market!) As a former realtor myself, being on the other side of the table, I am so thankful I had Jaime to make it all so easy for us!

The Short Version: Hire Jaime ASAP for ANY real estate needs The Long Version: We decided to sell out house on a whim in 2020. After meeting with an agent we had used before who just didn't seem to understand the worth in our property I reached out locally on FB and Jaime responded. We met with her while our house was in the middle of renovations. She was able to see past the construction and advise us on where our pricing would be going into the market, during a pandemic, during an election and on a short time frame. She was able to advise on some cosmetic construction details to narrow down finding the best look for the current market. Though our house had some specific qualities (like an aux building and a full second kitchen) and was at a very high price point (out of range of FHA and other loans) Jaime was able to get us $70,000 MORE than the other realtor said we would get. We came in well over the minimum amount we needed to close on the replacement property that we already had under contract. Jaime was able to deal with a crazy market, a unique house, my medical procedures (making showings and inspections harder) and a stressed out couple with stride. She did such an amazing job for us that our next door neighbor hired her on the spot, and then another neighbor a few houses down also jumped on board and listed with her! I cannot recommend her enough, if you need an agent you can trust call Jaime first.

Jamie came so prepared to our first meeting ! She kept us informed throughout the entire process. She has to be the hardest working agent in Ashburn! If you are thinking of buying or selling , give her a call!

You want Jaime as your realtor! Jaime was by far one of the best real estate agents we have ever worked with! From the moment we first reached out to start our home buying process, she made herself available whenever we had questions or wanted to go look at a property.
