Lisa was there every step of the way, from decluttering my house, to getting it ready for sale, then the actual sale. Our experience with Lisa might not be typical. We moved out knowing that painting and other repairs needed to be made before listing. Lisa found contractors, oversaw their work and advised us on what might or might not need to be done. Selling a house in Reston means meeting the requirements of the Reston Association, another challenge. We got two offers at listing price immediately and the sale was completed quickly.
